Almost a year ago I needed an offside oilcooler. As you surely know these things are very expensivt to buy them new...so I was looking for a used one. Finally found one at rotaryart in the UK for 190GBP.
Unfortunately the ordinary orderingsystem was not working properly, so I contacted Gary( who runs the onlineshop) and dropped him a mail. He made a serious impression to me and we made the deal.
I sent him the money through PayPal on the 1st of August 2008. Between this date and the 11th of September 2008 I sent him loads of emails asking where my oilcooler stays (without any answer!) On 12th September I received an email from Gary saying that the original cooler he had was found to be damaged. He had sent another cooler but that had apparently disappeared in the UK postal system but he had received another cooler that very day and that would be couriered out to me the following day (13th) and that he would forward me the tracking number when it was collected by the courier, I never received a tracking number.

On the 23rd September a cooler miraculously appeared! Unfortunately it was a nearside cooler not an offside as originally requested. I contacted Gary who asked me to return the cooler to him and he would reimburse me for the full cost which I did. On the 25th September Gary emailed me to inform me that he had instructed his staff to despatch a replacement cooler immediately and that it would arrive in Switzerland the middle of the following week (1st October). I have since made numerous calls to Gary’s mobile none of which have been returned, sent numerous emails none of which have been answered, and my money I've never seen again!!!

Does anyone of you made a simular experience with this shop?

(In betweentime I got a secondhand offside Intercooler again and my FD runs fine)
