Elite Rotary Shop Files Bankruptcy

I won't let go
I think the easy answer is find a lawyer. The more complicated answer is find a lawyer. Being an international issue here, that will simply complicate things. As an incorporated company as opposed to an LLC, there are differences in what can and can’t happen IIRC, but I’m neither a lawyer nor business expert.

I can think of about 1/2 dozen more that it wouldn’t surprise me at all.
Most recent one was trying to order a handful of T4 turbine gaskets and the online shipping calculator came back with ground shipping rates of $172 FedEx and $228 USPS from Kalifornistan to Texas.
So I sent them an email saying something looks messed up. Reply back that yeah, just go ahead and order them and we’ll reimburse you. Honestly I wasn’t comfortable with that and told them so along with an explanation that I prefer to have an acknowledgment between us of an estimated cost prior to more or less agreeing to the rate that’s displaying. Never heard anything back despite me asking another time. So it’s only $80, but obviously I’m not contacting them again. I didn’t and don’t have to use them for anything.
It’s just like my signature; they all think they’re rolling in it now and hard times are never coming back, but they’ll be back like a thief in the night when it’s least expected. Kind of sad really to see people take so much for granted. That never ends well.

I saw those too, interesting that on their website and all social media they are posting as if nothing is wrong, their most recent post is actually advertising a batch of 20b's for sale ironically.

Elite Renamed as Rotary Parts World.
They've now renamed themselves as Rotary Parts World. Their website redirects to Rotarypartsworld and on google maps their website now goes to that too. www.eliterotaryshop.com

Yup. A few months ago. Looks like all they are doing is changing the name of the business and dumping debt.

Filed in Illinois. They keep posting updated designs for their intakes on Facebook, saying everyone who has purchased one will be upgraded to the new version, that's whit's taking longer. I asked about their Chapter 7 filing, and they blocked me.

I did more digging, supposedly the filling is only related to the garage side of the business. That said, proceed with caution.
I do wish they would come out in the open and clarify what is happening. Considering they actively doing the opposite of that, proceed with caution.
Their new "business" looks like a drop-shipping deal. Plenty of other places to go for those kinds of services.

That's a decision only you can make. Do you send gift cards to a Nigerian prince?

there’s no point asking questions or listening to any explanation about what’s going on from someone with a known and established reputation for being dishonest.
not really sure what you’re really thinking in that previous reply. And you must not have done much digging to not figure out that it’s just a different name and website for what was previously called Elite Rotary; brick & mortar garage or not.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY BUSINESS ASSOCIATED TO THIS COMPANY!
