Angry Dif and Throttle Body

About Mid January I sent a payment to Gurew and i am still waiting on my item. It was for a S4 T2 Dif and throttle body. He kept saying something about shipping and every week it kept getting a different story. I gave him plenty of time and now he is not answering my PMs. I know its been four months but is there anything you can do? I saw some other people were having problems with him also. Everything is in my pms and nothing was deleted. I was very patience and nice but its been 2 weeks since he said it was shipped and i still haven't revived anything. Thank you for your help.

He hasnt responded to a group buy he was running for almost 2 months, at the least, everyone has paid, but no items have been sent, excuse after excuse while he was responding, now he just doesnt respond.
Hasn't logged in for a month now.

Supposedly he has done this before on other forums, or something along those lines.

I submitted a claim with my bank and they said i am responsible? I don't understand how that is. I don't even want the dif anymore. I just want my money back.

Honestly, why do you think the bank responsible???
Credit cards have 60-90 days for a charge back/claim, after that your SOL.

The lessons everyone fails to learn with all these Bad seller post I read are:
1- Use a credit card always (your only recourse for a bad deal)
2- If the agreement is violated, don't wait and believe in excuses, charge back ASAP.
3- give 2-3 weeks for shipment, this is more than reasonable time for anyone to ship a part
4- get referrals/trader score/join date in the forum, this offers no guarranty, but it helps.
