i've had a similar situation with them also....about a year ago i ordered a complete original Bomex body kit for my accord ($1100) because they were advertising it $150 less than anyone else...I called up and spoke to a guy name Neal and he told me that the kit was instock and they was a bomex dealer...i waited 4weeks and no kit, so i called up enduro and they said the kit was damage so i had to wait till the next shipment arrives from japan... I later called Bomex USA and they have no record of no damage accord kit..... I then called back this Neal guy and he told me that Ravi said the kit was on back order and if i wanted to wait, so i did... i waited for over 4months and still no kit, but i made sure to call Neal every 2weeks to get an update...Whenever i call him he would change his voice & say "neal is not in" as if he was hiding from me....to made a long story short, i called bomex and he said enduro wasnt a dealer and i might be getting scam and they suggested i get my money back so i did...these guys sounded so cool and real when i first called but it turned into a nightmare after they got my money...

 

Just wantedto bring this back to the top can't beleive I didn't see it before. I am having alot of trouble just reaching this guy and after reading much of what is on the internet I found myself caught in this web.

1800$ worth of parts and I only have received 800$ worth. When I went to go pick up the parts I got a nice suprise and only half the parts where shipped, the others he says are "damaged".

So basically I got all my Tanabe parts and never got my HKS parts. Sent him money more than two months ago for all of this.

This must be by far the hardest company in the world to get ahold of, 1-877 number, local number, you name it just getting this guy to pick up is a nightmare.

 

That guy is a douche....maybe I should pay him a 'visit'

 

I spoke to Mod IceMark who lives in Rohnert Park where the business is now. I will try contacting him tommorow or else matters should escalate as he promised that the HKS parts were comming in on Sept 11th.

Just the communication problem is already so frustrating...

Just call your credit card company (hopefully that is how you paid). It will go over the usual 60 day period for a direct refund so you will have to send them a letter with the problem and include some proof. I sent the credit card company 9 pages of email interactions and I got my money back as soon as they inspected my case.

Well spoke to Ravi today and 80% of the rest of my stuff is supposed to be on its way, we will see, I will report.

 

Ouch.

 

They tried to screw me over so I got out before it was too late. I can't even get ahold of them to tell them to **** off and that I already got my money back.

 

Thursday promised me he would ship out all my HKS goods which he supposedly had and the Synapse was on its way to him. He told me he would have tracking number to me by 3PM Pacific Time on last Thursday, has been unreachable since and I obviously don't have a tracking number.

Starting to reach close to my limit of patience.

Just try to get your money back man. Guarantee you he is screwing you over. He lies, makes up tracking numbers, falls out on promises, makes up employees, and is nearly impossible to get ahold of. The next time you get ahold on him, ask who his distributers for the things you ordered are. Then call that company to check you order. That was my final straw after Ravi lied to me for 3 months. I call Mackin Industries to see if they had any record of my wheels. Absolutely nothing so that is when i decided to get out of this bad deal.

 

he's an old friend of mine his shop is a few doors down from mine (before he moved) he's a super super douche. if u need any help let me know he's really shady but doesnt like confridtation. here in this town you dont do shady biz and get away with it. and ravi has been shady for sometime..

 

Well apparently the old shop was in Santa Rosa and now he is in Rohnert Park, I don't know the geography of California so I don't know how far those places are from eachother.

I am not calling him anything as the first part of my order was shipped and handled well, however there is a monumental lack of communication between the shop and the buyers. I got an email saying that the shop is apparently closed from this week all the way until the 22nd for a "Major Drift Event" yet there is absolutely nothing drift related going on anywhere especially not in the middle of the week...

 

YOu better start calling him a douche then.. How long has it been?

 

I always give people the benefit of the doubt until I loose my patience, they have had my money for more than two months.

 

his shop moved 5 mins. the location in santa rosa and his new location in rohnert park is less than 5 miles. iall go by tomorrow and see if he's open if u want me to talk with him i can. i know where he lives so getting ahold of him isnt hard.

Called local PD, they say the place was vacated, obviously I didn't get any notification of this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR, they obviously scammed me out of my money.
