WI Nozzle Location ???
Hi All,
I have a WI Kit from RICE which is very similar to Dudemaaanownsanrx7 kit and just wanted to know whats the best location for the water sprayer??
im tight for space as the turbo is mounted up high and near the radiator and i also have my intercooler piping over the top.
I presume best benefit is if the sprayer is located in a pipe off the front of the turbo 3-6" away from the front of the turbo ??
here is a pic of what space i have to play with..
Here is a pic of a Rice WI fitted to a 12at

I originally had mine mounted inside the filter and ran the lines to the front of the turbo, I then ran a cold air intake and installed the nozzle right on the side of the intake. Really haven't noticed much difference in either location. I say it makes no huge difference provided its in front of the turbo within a reasonable distance.
