Recirculation pump Vs. Standard pumps

Does any one have experience with the new AEM recirculation pumps? Im asking because they claim better line pressure that doesnt fluctuate with the new pump. The standard "switched" pump pulses on and off causing the injector to "pulse" and not give a truly steady spray pattern. Check out the video below to see what I mean.

My question is this... for a street application is there NOTICABLE dyno proven difference between the pumps to justify the cost upgrade for the new pump? or is this a new trick to sell more kits. It seems that the pulsing wouldnt matter because the intake charge still has to mix water, air and fuel before it combusts. So my thought is that as long as the injector is putting enough cc/min for your application then it doesnt matter if its pulsing.

Howard any comments would be greatly appreciated.
