PA Nozzle location in the Lower Intake Manifold?

Has anyone tried putting nozzles in the intake manifold runners? It seems like the most logical place so it doesnt puddle anywhere else?

I don't know...logical? Maybe. But thinking out-loud, it's harder to get to and with the heat you would probably need some effective shielding or metal lines. And with good nozzle sizing and water-only I'm not sure puddling would be any big issue.

not a bad idea but it all depends on what you are injecting.

to the extent it is methanol, post throttle body isn't the spot. methanol flashes/atomizes and as it does IATs significantly drop. 100% meth delivers a cold to the touch UIM. meth needs to be upstream a bit to flash. an easy and properly located spot for the nozzle(s) is in the silicone coupler immediately ahead of the Greddy elbow.

water could work somewhere post TB as it does its work in the combustion chamber.

That's how Bosch set up the OEM system on the M4 GTS.

See separate injectors on each intake runner. 100% water, 145 PSI system pressure, and injectors that are modified for longevity with water.

Off topic, but it's yet another car that makes no sense to keep once off warranty. It makes no sense to buy in the first place really.

To be fair most German cars have made no sense to keep once off warranty since the mid/late 90s :P
