I agree with you that it doesn't have to be that complex. Richard must have been thinking piston engine with intake valve opening times and such. The air stream just needs a fog of WI into it. That's why older pump only systems works well enough, they would just fog the intake. The multi solenoid bit must be for running meth as a supplemental and not as a failsafe. That is why injection time would be critical, but in reality the airflow should carry the charge reasonably well. Some intakes have sharp bends that do not allow proper flow, but we are ok with our setup. A simple table is all that is needed.

Shainiac, that's a decent distribution plot.

Yeah, it surprised me. It's basically 0% flow until 20% DC, then is basically 95% flow by 55%DC. Boost control solenoids are similar to an extent. Don't expect to put in 10% DC and see much of a result lol.

Looks like you disabled your Hi/Lo alarm brackets. I did too because I was getting nuisance trips. Although if that plot is repeatable, you could put them back in for safety sake.

The only way to reset the AEM after an alarm was to kill power and I wasn't keen to turning the ignition off/on at eighty MPH so I wired up a reset switch to the AEM power.

That is kinda bizarre. You would think they would have a "Reset" button on the unit
