You can't be cheating that bad, and not know. Everyone on his team, owner, crew chief etc knew. Probably some officials were paid off, and by chance they weren't the ones checking the cars. Good start for Tiiioyta lol, I bet they will beat Chevy at the cheating/paying officials game...
