AI Jet/Nozzle angle

I have searched this section for information on this but couldn't find any. All of the AI installs I have seen on here have the jets firing at a 90 degree angle straight into the charge piping. I could be wrong but wont most of the injectant just end up on the other side of the pipe and possibly just drain down? Obviously it still makes its way into the engine but is there a benefit to firing the jets at a different angle, such as at a 45 degree? If this the case does anyone have any experience with mounting the jets this way? I am about to install my kit and this was something that I have been thinking about.

Thanks, and again if this has been discussed already please point me in the right I direction and I apologize for starting a new thread.

no the water will not end up on the other side, for 2 reasons.

1st- water is only injected during boost so it will not have a chance to get to the other side.

2nd-the nozzles spray very fine droplets so they get carried away quite easily. hope this helps
