Finally got the fd up and running...
It fired up within about three cranks! I don't have the oil metering pump working yet so I am just running mix gas in it untill I can figure it out... All else seems to be working great. Oh this is on an sm4.

Anyone know if there would be any tupe of compatibility problem using the 500R with the BLASTER MSD HVC street coil ? , here are trhe specs .
Primary Resistance: 0.2 ohms
Peak Current: 300mA
Secondary Resistance: 1.38K ohms
Spark Duration: 200uS
Maximum Voltage: 42,000 volts
Primary Inductance:
7mH
Turns Ratio:
100:1 Tested with an MSD 6AL
measured at plug gap.

complete rewire... The only thing I haven't got working is the stock tach. Oh and still working on the oil metering pump.
