there are pleanty of places around that import 2nd parts from japan in australia some will even sell parts to overseas customers, tell your cousin to flick through the yellow pages for auto dismantlers or wreckers they might be able too help or atleast point you in the right direction, there are places like just jap, adelaide jap, the toy shop, also get them to check out car magazines like High performance imports, zoom, or drift battle they are australian mags with pleanty of adverts for companies that deal in those sorts of parts
