Spirit R interior

I posted this in the Japan forum already but I want to get as wide an audience as possible. I'm not sure how many and which countries got Spirit Rs so I'll stick to Japan, NZ and the "Down Under". And I'm not sure which forum NZ falls under, that's why I posted in both areas...

OK team Australia (and of course New Zealand and anyone else who has Spirit Rs), I got a question for you guys. The soft touch interior in the Spirit R, and if it's in another model FD...can anyone tell me what it's like. I mean, how much softer is it? What type of material do you think the coating is made of? Is it like some kind of fabric on top of some kind of cushioning, is it more like some kind of rubber compound, or what? I'm just trying to figure out what's up with this. I LOVE that interior, and since I'll never have it in my LHD FD, I'm trying to get as close as possible.

No, I can't afford the whole car if that's what you're talking about, haha. And I'm in the U.S. so it wouldn't be legal anyway. I was just wondering what the pieces are like.
