Perth and Sydney rotor heads?!

If i were to visit Perth and Sydney where would a RX7 guy want to visit? shops, tracks, anything that has rotary

It's winter over here now, so the drag strip in Perth has closed for the season.

So not much else going on either...

If ya do make it to Perth, we can always try and organize a cruise with the local rotorheads from www.perthrotary.com

Not quite Sydney, if you're over in late August, state circuit races are on down in Goulburn a couple hours south...bring thermal underdaks, beanie, jacket and preferably, someone warm of the opposite sex to snuggle up against. Should be a reasonable selection of rotors and most will be happy to talk, unless they're in the midst of a crisis.

Believe there's a track day there too, a week or two earlier, if you want a larger representation of newer cars.

Workshops are usually reluctant to have randoms wandering around, just from a liability perspective - and getting paying work done, rather than yacking. If you ring some beforehand, might have better luck....maybe.

ohhh yeah i didnt really think that far as your experiencing the colder part of the year.
haha well how cold does it actually get there?
organizing a cruise would be a great idea i would be down for that. even though i wont be bring my car i just wanted to get that one out there from the beginning.

Not too cold...no snow....at the worst about 40F at night and 55F during the day....and raining.
