This must be the best kit i have seen for an FD. Perfectly moulded into its lines. Anyone know of it selling here in Aust?

Yeah, it looks great, but FD's without a rear wing are ghey

Did you ever find out which kit it was?
I think I may have a link to their site at work, I'll take a look later today...

I think for normal cruising and the sexy lines...without wing is best...
if you want to have that aggressive look that says lets race all the time...it would have the wing...

Function over form... I do like the look of an FD with no rear wing, however I know the *** end of my car gets very light through the sweeper on the track without one

Currently trying to find a Series 8 wing

I'll be interested to hear if the S8 wing (if/when you find one) gives you any extra down-force. I've been thinkin the same way, and the adjustability really looks interesting.

And whilst I normally don't like Wings, the FD looks naked without one IMO ... I think that it's one of the very few cars that can carry a big wing and not look ricey..

I guess a big wing always looks racey..I think i prob would not have the wing on personally...even though i have a stock S6 wing on...

i would probably love the option on have without and perhaps with a Gt-wing on certain occasions. Just depends on mood.

I think with a GT-wing...most defin get pulled over by police for sure.

I think a kit would be good with a decent set of 19" rims..for looks.

you mean a '99 wing or a full-on race wing?

Dunno about 19's... I'm about to go from 17's to 18's, and all the wheel guys are telling me that even 18's are prone to buckling on potholes..

race track testing found the following to be true (in terms of downforce)

SP > S6 > S7 > no wing

The S8 would certainly rate above the S6

If anyone wants an S8 wing, I can source genuine parts, copies, and second-hand units

I meant that agressive GT-wing...not the S8 wing. Personal preference. like i said would be good to have that option...perhaps two rear boots...one with the wing and one without!
