Hi guys,

This is my first time using this website but I seem to be in a sticky situation. I am in year 11 and have an engineering project where I am researching a 13-new engine, specifically the rotor, rotor housing and apex seals. I need to find the dimensions of theses parts and can't seem to find them anywhere as I need to draw an orthographic, and oblique for all parts. I also need to find out the materials the parts are made out of and the manufacturing details. I have found some videos on the production of the parts but not in enough detail, mainly the apex seals. I was just wondering if anyone knew the dimensions or production details or if they could lead me somewhere where I could find them.

Where in town are you? Workshops would probably be my port of call for unusable bits used as a basis for drawing - they shouldn't be too rude, if you mention you're doing it for school.
