Injector size/ in line pumps flow question

Car is currently with Zavier from znperformance being put together. I originally told him I just wanted to do pump and AI injection. But I'm seriously considering e85 since there's a pump near me

I have 2x1000cc and 2x2000 ID's. they were going to be fed by an in tank supra pump feeding an inline bosch 044.

I was hoping to make 500hp on an Aspec 500r. Is this going to be enough fuel on e85?

I understand the ID injectors can be 2000cc in the primary's, but I'm running a power fc which I don't think can handle it. ?
