^ I like it.... $$$ in fittings...but if you're having flow related problems....I would follow a similar design. But at 460 rwhp I haven't encountered anything of the sort

^ WHP does not matter, it is fuel flow potential that counts. Pressure problems would show up when you are at light loads when you are not using the fuel that the pumps are pumping.

I think it does matter... considering it takes more ethanol than gasoline to reach the same whp. It gives a good guideline base as to what is working for what power levels and what will be needed/what is working given the power level

No It does not, what fuel pump(s) you are running is the important factor here.

Yes it does. How much pump you have is directly correlated to how much WHP you will be able to run at a safe level. If you have a pump that won't flow enough for your desired WHP goals... or maybe it is working at 99% all the time just to supply the needed volume, then a failure is more likely than not. If you have a pump capable of producing more.....then you can run Higher WHP and not worry about fuel supply. So it is correlated. People want to know what is safe to run for X amount of power.

^ Everything you say is correct except it does not relate to the topic at hand. We are discussing the flow capabilities of the flex fuel sensor your WHP is not relevant when you have extremely oversized fuel pumps. It is the flow rate of the pumps which is the issue.

The original link doesn't work anymore. Here is the newer sensor from the same place, about $47. I believe this is the short tube version.
Add to Cart: 13577429 SENSOR

Or you can find parts through here. They have links to pigtails too.

Alright, they charge $23 for shipping on the sensor above and the total price is $70 shipped. Pace Performance has one on the second link I posted, but I'm calling the local GM dealer in town to see if they have them and for how much.

Will the small flex sensor work I've never heard anyone use that part number. Its seems to be a great price but im not sure if it will work.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. The only thing that might be different is the connector, but I think even that works. If you look at the pigtail they link to on this site, it is compatible with all the sensors they link to.

Chris Ludwig will be installing this on my car while he's making the harness for the new ECU. He told me this sensor would work for my setup. Maybe there are other reasons it wouldn't work for others, but I don't see why not.

I'm assuming you have a haltech. I'm actually using a haltech Ps1000 in my car. I'm assuming if Chris is using it. Then hell it should work for my application for sure.

Actually I do not have a Haltech. I was looking at the Elite and the new AEM Infinity, but decided on Syvecs S8 instead. So maybe check with Chris first and see.

The smaller sensor will work. It is a newer design. Friend is running one with his AEM series 2. Same calibration as the older model.

Chris said it worked when he tuned my car on E85, but I've been running pump gas since I picked up the car so the only thing I've seen is pump gas which shows up as about 9.5 ethanol content, and that's pretty close.

I didn't mount mine. It's hanging in the return line, just under the UIM. I'd love to have it hard mounted, but I decided to go with ease of running the line instead.

If you're referring to the newest, compact style, there is an optional bracket with mounting points.
