No problems with stock pump or line compatibility that I have noticed. Because my fuel system couldn't keep up with stock boost, I only used E85 for a few months; probably 500 miles or less. I have run the car on gas since then for another year or two without any problems; probably 1000+ miles without any changes (even using the same fuel filter).
For what it's worth, a local friend had a ~1990 Miata autocross car running E85 for multiple years. He had an aftermarket fuel pump and injectors for the increased fuel flow demand, but stock fuel tank, fuel lines and fuel rail without problems. I think he had to change the fuel filter and possibly the pre-filter sock that attaches to the fuel filter once... this happened within the first year after switching to E85. Apparently the E85 picked up whatever debris had been in the system and clogged the fuel filter. After that everything was OK.
