Exclamation 6x1200cc maps and other E85 related issues

Well, in the first attempt to get the thing to idle well, we experienced the following.

After about 10 min of playing with the maps, we finally got the thing to idle well enough. Sitting about 12.5 AFR, about 30 deg with -5 split, pulling about 10-12 in vac, though EGTs seemed a little high from what I was reading elsewhere at about 950F. Premixing 1oz Klotz BeNol/gal. 6x1000cc ID injectors realistically spitting out closer to 1200 (80psi). This is on a half bridge with S4 TII rotors and a T04Z. After it got up to full operating temp, what seemed like a oil seal letting go occurred, the thing starting smoking worse than Cheech and Chong. This setup has not seen anything past 3k and certainly nothing not in vac. Old setup was 850/1600 at 38psi base running 100 Oct at 20 PSI.

Now, the fuel tank had been cleaned out so we were good there. The fuel lines had been flushed for about a total of 20 min with E85. New pick up socks and a new filter after the cleaning/flushing.

First, I've seen the premix ratio that everyone is using pretty much dead on to 1oz/1gal. Even higher from what I read from crispeed.

Second, from a little idling to getting it on/off a trailer twice with no signs of smoking like this, I'm wondering if any possible residual...something could be burning off, but I can't imaging it wouldn't have already or this much. I'm curious to what other experiences are.

We called it a night and am going to test a theory that it won't smoke cold. If it does, I'm claiming oil control seals are toast, though I can't imaging how as it's done very little in terms of work since the switchover.

Lastly, if anyone has a map revolving around a same injector setup, that would be great to at least get me in the ballpark for what I hope will be a light tuning session tomorrow.

I will provide any and all info anyone needs. I'm running a PFC for the record.

I hope to hell the seals are good. If not, I think I'll just double up the motor size.

Thanks in advance!

As a note, I'll be double checking my turbo drain...just in case.

Well upon further inspection the turbo let go. So that pretty much answered that. Now for the map...
