well, he did pop his head back up a week back. Wouldn't be surprised to hear he is super busy. Cross your fingers.

He hasn't logged on to this forum in four months.

He doesn't reply to PMs or emails.

I'd like to have one of his wings too but I'm not sending money to a phantom...

The Aerofiber vendor forum should be closed IMO.

Less than 12-months of use (my car was off the road from July 2008-February 2009), and both T-nuts (closest to the front of the car) that mount the wing to the rear-hatch have come loose from the mounting base.

I am VERY careful and do NOT lift or close the rear-hatch via the wing.

IMHO, these type of nuts are not appropriate for a wing as the "teeth" cannot hold into the FRP.

Any ideas on how to fix ?

If you have one of these, check your mounts for seperation. . .

I was driving home and saw the wing slightly lifted, thank goodness I wasn't going very fast . . .

Same thing happened to me but on the rear mounting point. I took some thin sheet aluminum as a base to hold the t-nut in place and used pop rivets to attach it.
