What kind of knock noise interference are you seeing when logging with the AEM EMS? My usual knock raw readings are hovering around 1.1v at 15psi with 9-13 degrees of timing over the RPM range, 15 split, 11.5 afr. Timing and fuel differences make little difference for me, it appears to just be regular noise for my car.

Those are pretty common numbers for these cars. There will be some variance due to harness quality and any other noises the sensor picks up. usually knock spikes are pretty easy to pick up when looking at the knock raw trace. Feel free to post your map or some of your datalogs.

I believe the knock threshold will be a bit different from car to car depending how noisy it is.
On my car knock hovers around 0.5V, however I am only running around 10psi.
I was able to grab a log of an actual knock event recently on my car. I was having issues with my plugs fouling with oil from a bad turbo cartridge and the car experienced an audible knock event. I was not at full throttle, and I lifted shortly after hearing the ping. Unfortunately I was only logging the filtered "Knock Volts" channel and not "Knock Raw". You can see in the screen shot voltage spiked to 1.1V. I believe the knock was not severe as the motor seemed to not suffered any ill effects.
