EMS 4 flex fuel

I have been reading about the new update for series 2 ecus that have the flex fuel option. Will this work on the EMS 4 as well? It seems that the flex fuel sensors put out AC signal, maybe there is a way to convert to 5v and connect it to the gpio?

I was told the EMS-4 will not have flex fuel capability. This wont be confirmed until the firmware is actually released.

By the way it is not an A/C signal. It is a digital signal. The Flex fuel sensor outputs a frequency. There are ways to convert it to a 0-5v signal. Both Series II and the EMS-4 have the ability to take the frequency signal as a direct input.
