I have been monitoring the Supra forum’s AEM EMS thread and today they found a copy of the AEMPro User Guide. Here is a quote from their forum on the manual.

“Yeah, I read them too... I’ll say this; if AEM comes through on the hardware like they did on the docs I’ll be very pleased... Jason wasn't kidding that this manual is 10X as comprehensive as any other manual I’ve seen... I’m still dying to see how the stuff is configured for the supra in terms of turbo control, egr, etc.”

I think the manual is accurate for Hondas. But you can get an idea.
