Any EMS which will run a 6-cylinder engine should run a 20B. How well it runs a 20B is another story.

If the said AEM ECU unit for the FD3S can run the 20B, it would at least require adjustable pickup angles as the 20B, which uses the FC 13B CAS, has different trigger angles (and tooth offset) than the FD's crank triggers.
