Idle w/ac or electrical load

So I am either missing something or have something else needed to be done but I got the car idling decent but when hitting the lights or ac, the idle doesn't bump up as in the settings. I see things in the idle, aux out and digi inputs but the IAC doesn't seem to be acting on the settings.

63 and 250. The only way I have had it working and not stalling is by having the basic idle at around 1400 rpms so when the a/c is on it will stop around 1100-1200 rpms.

Try lowering that top number. It could be adding too much. I was having bouncing idle issues. Try lowering it to 45 and see if that makes a difference. Then adjust as needed.
