Anyone running an AIM MXS Digital Dash?

AiM MXS Strada

Anyone have input on their experiences? Looks like a nice unit to me

My Cluster is toast
Odometer died last year, speedo and tach died last weekend. I'd rather spend extra money to get something nice than buy a new stock cluster

I think Farkel/Grandmighty uses one but he has a V8. He has a build thread in the 3rd gen forum and a website.
He just sold the car, but he's had the dash for quite a while.

I looked into this, as it has built in lap timer.
My friends use the Aim solo, so it would be easy to compare lap times, I also wanted less electronics/stuff in my car.
In the interim I just used the Adaptive Tuner for display when I tracked.
Needed more track time/driver mod in order for me to invest in a proper laptimer.

I believe the new modular ECUs do, but not previously. I'm waiting on the RX8 modular to be released and will be mating it with my AiM MXL Pista.

I've used AiM gear for all of the display gear on the cars I've been building for the past 10 years. I've been sticking with the older MXLs mainly because folks I'm working with dont like change however the MXS will be used on the next build. They're pretty great pieces of gear and expandable with their GPS/Smarty CAM/etc etc addons.
