79 Limited RX-7?

Funny, when I bought my 80, I passed on a 79 Limited Edition, because they wanted $500 more for it than the 80 I bought. And they wouldn't give me anything for my trade in. To me there wasn't enough difference in the two cars to justify the extra money. I paid $9700 for the 80. The limited was just north of 10k.

Thanks! Got any idea how many LE's are still around?

Yeah I bought it originaly for the mods then found out it was an LE and I was slightly disappointed.

I hope to some day restore if back to stock. Numbers matching if I possibly can.

what , two emblems and a digital clock weren't worth $500 ???? I can hear the salesman giving you that pitch

i have to admit mine isn't completely stock , i upgraded my ashtray for a coffee holder ( early 90's miata cup accessory snaps into the ashtray slot ) obviously does nothing for the car , but makes me perform better
