I put my ignitors on the flat space in the back of the headlight bucket area, and my ballasts against the headlight area in little hole areas. The passenger side is in front of the air box bracket and the driver side is in the same spot, kinda under the hood release cable. The "brain" module I kinda stuffed next to the fuse box just farward of the shock tower.

well ebay sellers are known to make a hefty profit off of shipping charges so i wouldn't use them as a benchmark

Text writeup: (i'll snap some picks soon)
Tools Needed:
Ratchet
10mm socket
Phillips head screw driver
HID Kit
New Headlight Housings
Small Pliers (Needlenose would be best)
Large Pliers

Step 1: push the headlight retractor button on the gauge cluster surround (lights up but off)

Step 2: remove the 4 phillips head screws on each headlight surround 2 on each side of each surround. Push the surround down and then pull it off the headlight.

Step 3: loosen the 2 phillips head screws above each headlight that hold the headlight covers on, make sure the covers are free but be very carefull older covers will be brittle and could crack or break.

Step 4: Making sure the headlight cover is laying flat as it would if it were attatched push the headlight retractor button again (lights are now down)

Step 5: loosen the 2 phillips head screws on the back of each headlight assembly that hold the headlight covers on, It should now come off straight up.

Step 6: Unhook the H4 connector from each headlight bulb. Push headlight retractor button in again.

Step 7: You should see 2 square headlight adjustment pieces on the top and a square adjustment piece and a spring on the bottom of each headlight housing. Using pliers squeze the tabs on the plastic squares and unlatch them from the housing and push them out the back. Then use the needlenose pliers to unhook the spring (pull twards you to unhook then let hang). Headlight Housings should now be completely free of car, remove them.

Step 8: Install HID bulbs into New Headlight Housings at this time, If you are not using HIDs install whatever bulbs you are going to use.

--SPECIAL NOTE TO WISE SPORT Hi/Lo HID USERS:
--Step 1: Insert bulbs into housings as shown in the pictures that come with them.
---------1a: Rotate HID Bulb and detach it from the H4 shield/base assembly. Take care not to let the HID bulb touch anything. I stood them up on end.
---------1b: If it hasen't been allready install the H4 shield cap using the included phillips head screws and lock washers included in the package.
---------1c: Insert H4 shield/base assembly into the New Headlight Housing.
---------1d: Put rubber boot onto housing and squeeze inner ring around HID base.
---------1e Insert and rotate HID bulb back into H4 shield/base assembly.
--Step 2: For better clearances remove the zip tie from wires at the base of the motor, you can just pull it off.

Step 9: Set headlight housings into headlight buckets and re-install by snapping plastic squares into the New Headlight Housing and hooking the spring back on.*

*Hi/Lo users: Be sure to check for clearances of the HID bulb base. With the wires un-ziptied the passenger side** was fine but I had to cut out a bit more clearance on the driver side**.
**On LHD car

Step 10: NON HID USERS - Plug H4 connectors into bulbs and skip to Step 25.

Step 10 : HID USERS - Push the H4 connector on the passenger side** towards the front of the car next to the housing to get it out of the way.

Step 11: Cut and remove the mounts that hold the drivers side** H4 connector into the headlight bucket and route it back down into the area under the headlight.

Step 12: Route the HID wires through where the H4 wire comes up (straight down in the middle of the back).

Step 13: Clean the flat area toward the back at the bottom of where the headlight goes when down. Stick HID ignitor (small plastic box) to this area with the bulb wires (two seperate wires) towards the outside of the car and ballast wires (square plug) towards the middle.

Step 14: Plug the HID ignitor into the HID bulb and ziptie the wires to the factory H4 wires.

Step 15: Run the HID harness male H4 plug into the driver side** headlight bucket and plug it into the H4 plug there, tidy up as necesary.

Step 16: Run the HID ignitor wires out of the headlight area into the engine bay there are holes they can be run through.

Step 17: In the engine bay between the headlights at the front outer edges of the headlight buckets there are rectangular areas that the ballasts will fit into.

Step 18: Plug the ignitor into the ballast and tidy up the wires as needed.

Step 19: Run the HID wiring harness wires to each ballast and the small white plug for the Hi/Lo motor into the headlight bucket and plug it into the bulb's wire.

Step 20: Remove the negative battery terminal

Step 21: Put positive HID wiring harness ring terminal on the 10mm bolt in the back of the fuse box just farward of the strut tower.

Step 22: Attatch drivers side** ground wires to the negative battery terminal bolt or any well grounded bolt and the passenger side** to any well grounded bolt.

Step 23: Plug in the "brain" module and find some where to stick it. I put mine next to some relays on the driver side*.

Step 24: Turn on the headlights and see if it worked. If it worked make sure you're wiring is tidy and continue to Step 25, if not recheck connections and above steps.

Step 25: Reinstall the headlight covers and tighten each set of 4 screws retracting headlights as necesary.

Step 26: Reinstall the headlight front surround and install it's 4 screws.

Step 27: Close hood and paypal me a generous donation =D.

Step 28: If Step 27 dosen't sound right just let me know if this helps =P.

Disclaimer: HID section is Tailored to the Wise Square H4 Hi/Lo kit, If you have another kit ensure all the wires will reach before perminantly installing components.

We have shipped out all of the lenses to those who have paid the shipping cost. So....if you have not received your lenses, chances are you haven't paid the shipping cost Please follow the directions posted in the thread re: paying the shipping cost, and in turn, your lenses will be shipped promptly once we receive the remaining balance.

Thanks,
~Ramy

Did you read this post about shipping?

https://www.rx7club.com/showpost.php...&postcount=357

You weren't on my original list, so I'm guessing you were a late entry. I don't have your information and don't know who you are. You need to pm that info so I can look out for your payment. Repeatedly posting/pming that you haven't received your lights without giving me more information does not help the matter.

I sent you the quote and your response was confusing and seemed unrelated to the quote. Please reread the pm and respond if something is unclear.

PS I only answer PMs on weekends now.
