That's correct Carl... we did send out that e-mail, but we don't want folks here to think we were already *completely* sold--out... we are very close, but there are still a few rooms available, and if needed, and available, we'll try to pump up more rooms, but no promises... so get your rooms ASAP!

Guys,
We've pumped up the room block once more. Room reservations have been steadly increasing and we needed more rooms, which we now have. Please reserve your room ASAP at the Hilton, as this *might* be the last room block increase we can do. It seems the hotel is fillig up!

Thanks,

-Bern

I reserved my room today. They only have single King beds available but they will put in a request for a Double on check-in or a roll-away bed if no Doubles are available.

I called and reserved my room tonight, but she said that the block of rooms alloted to "sevenstock-8 Mazda" were gone, so I could not get the group rate. Are there supposed to be rooms still available?

ALL ROOMS AT THE SEVENSTOCK RATE HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT! Going forward the seasonal rates will apply to all those that reserve at the Hilton. Thank you for your continued support.

I called & asked too no joy! No airline discount either. I should of booked in advance like Bern suggested. I guess I'll just have to pay the $109 a night.

Just booked a room at the Hilton for $92.65 tax not included. Just got to this site http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/hotels/s...tyhocn=SNAOCHF
Then select the tab for "Hotel specials" . If you call the Hilton they wont offer you that price it's only a internet special.

Just incase... from the AZ crew:

Just a quick note to let you all know that we still have 12 rooms available at the DoubleTree Hotel Santa Ana for the price as indicated below. Most of our guys have already made their reservations. The room block expires at midnight this Friday (September 23rd).

************************************
Participants can still make hotel reservations at our traditional Sevenstock venue the DoubleTree Hotel Santa Ana, 201 E. MacArthur Blvd. Santa Ana, CA 92707.

Rates for the DoubleTree are as follows:

DoubleTree = $86 per night with parking included

The DoubleTree is preferred by several RCCAZ members due to the covered and secure parking structure. Reservations at the DoubleTree can be made by calling 714-825-3333 and telling them that you're with the RCCAZ group by Friday, September 23rd! You should get the $86 rate (parking
inclusive) from Friday through Sunday evening.

Yes it has the room but I highly advise you call ahead. Are you setting up vendor space at SS?
