Well I was on my way home from a snowboarding trip and as I was coming off the hill in my Rav4 I caught wiff of a burning oil smell at first I was like ohh damn what now but then I relized ohh crap Im in a toyota cant be me ... Gave me a little laugh though and I started thinking or things that are RX7 owner specific and I thought of the you might be a redneck punch lines... So please add to the list Ill start first..

"If your driving your car and you get a funky smell and you think ohh great now what, you might be a Rx7 owner"

"If everytime you step on the gas and you feel like your heart is running at the same RPM as your engine, you might be a Rx7 owner"

The funny smells is so true! I smell something, I turn off the radio, turn the fan on and off, roll the windows up and down to see where it is coming from.

You can be a RX7 owner if you have a heightened sense of smell.

You are a RX7(FD) owner when the repair bill is only $1,000

 

You might be an RX-7 owner if you motor swaps are as common as tune ups on your other cars.

 

Your an FD owner when you say "time to rebuild the engine again" with little concern in your voice.
