Question Yet another starter problem

OK.. The car is a garage ***** (Hopefully not too much longer), and has been extensively modified since I purchased her.

Battery is holding a good charge (Currently has charger attached), but starter will not engage. The car had a hacked up alarm installation (Yes it was wired for ignition kill), but I believe I have successfully removed the system (2 plus hours). Checked the wiring from the column to the Starter cut relay (OK). Then bypassed the starter interlock switch (Again no change). Jacked up the car and verified I have power from the battery. It was me only tonight and I was unable to turn the ignition switch and check for power on the Starter soliniod. According to the FSM this is the only other items I can check unless I have someone turning the key with me under the car. Correct?

Mods:
New battery (Relocated behind passenger seat
J-spec motor
New A-Spec Tunning GT35 kit
Supra fuel pump
New Secondaries (& rail)
SX-FPR
Down/Mid pipe
Hose techniques kit
PFC coming from Jap Parts Specialists (Should be in route)

Turn the ignition switch to 'on', then get you a long piece of 10 gauge wire, touch one end to the positive battery terminal and the other end to the 'S' terminal on the starter (the one with the black spade connector on it. You don't have to have the ignition switch on, actually, as touching the 'S' terminal this way will engage the starter, but if you do have it on, the car will start (if the starter works) since you have bypassed the interlock switch.
