XS ENGINEERING product review?

Just wanted to get US consumers on XS engineering products...moving from Japan to the US...I've noticed that this company has put out a lot of advertsments on their products...

From what I've heard, they have lousy service, but their products are okay. But I've never had any first-hand experience with them.

I've heard they have crap products and crap service. I personally don't have experience with them, that's simply what I have heard from others and on this forum.
