WTF?!: Boost control and ABS (2 diff issues)

WTF?!: Boost control and ABS (2 diff issues)
Ok, short and sweet!
1. when stationary if i push the brake pedal hard i can feel the ABS pulse... it was a wet day, maybe just water in the sensor somehow?
2. the bigger one - i had bleed valves in my wastegate and precontrol line and i'd left the boost pills in... seemed to overboost a little so i replaced the hoses that contained the pills - NOW, the boost isn't adjustable from the bleed valves anymore. it pulls hard right on 7psi the whole way regardless of how far open the bleed valves are! any thoughts?
