I know about the AFRs changing, but still, ive just been scared being on the lean side at any RPM on a rotary.


Well, im not sure if it was bad tank of gas because before I went on the 16psi setting, i went WOT to 12psi atleast about 4-5 times before i went on the 16psi setting.

This is why I love methanol injection. 23+ psi of boost on crappy Cali 91 octane gas and no issues.

Sorry to hear about the engine turBRO240. I wouldn't give up on the car though. Popped seals are a way of life with these engines. Some owners pop a lot, some pop very few, but the reality is, if you're beating on a turbocharged rotary for any length of time, you will break an apex seal at some point. Build it better and give it another try.
