Wont start..Need help

My fans ran my bat dead last night and so i went to jump it this morn half asleep and i touched neg to pos and vise versa. Now the car cranks over good but wont start nor will any of accs. lights come on when key is in on position. The main fuses look to be ok. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

holy ****, im suprise you did not short anything out!!!

when you jump, pos to pos and neg to neg!
you should know this man. If not, dont even attempt to work on your car as your gonna kill it. call some one which knows what they are doing (even a tow company if need be) and try to start it that way.

I'm confused by your attempt to jump it. What did you actually do? I'd guess that actually did it right at some point in there and did charge the battery, I'm just not sure how.

Either way if it's cranking I guess your battery is in good shape now. Did you pull the spark plugs and take a look at them to see if they look good? If it cranks a bunch of times without starting, theres always the possibility of the engine flooding.

If the car is a manual, see if you can push-start it, just to get it running, and maybe whatever issue it was will work itself out. That'll fix dead battery and a flooded motor, so go for it.

I know how to jump my car i was just half asleep and i switched up the pos and neg but only for a sec before i corrected it but now it cranks but there are no interior accessory lights or anything coming on when i turn the key on and it wont start. You know how normally the engine light sterio etc. will come on when key is in on pos, it doesny now and wont start. Thanks

Just go thru all your fuses.
One on driver side by the clutch pedal.
Also in the engine compartment.
You probably blew couple of fuses ( if you're lucky )
Then I would reset the cpu after that then try starting again.
If that doesn't work it is possible you messed up your starter.
You can also check that out.

It burnt the main fuse out. I had tested it prior to pulling it out and it was fine but when i pulled it, it was barely connected where it had burnt out in the middle. All is well, thanks to all
