New or used?
If you want new, I would recommend you contact Ray or John at Malloy Mazda. 888-533-3400. Just mention that you are in the RX-7 club and you will get an extremely discounted price. You can search this forum for Malloy and you will find tons of good info on them.

This place will consistently have better prices but you wouldn't be able have the knowledge base. All their part come from factory warehouses so they are OEM unless otherwise stated.
You would want to search for one from a salvage yard. The AC alone new would be over 2k in parts.
Not really sure what you mean by front bumper frame. I assume you're talking about a car that has frame damage to the front-end. If so and it not already yours I would say keep looking. Otherwise you should go the salvage yard for that as well.
If you talking just about the re-bar I seen that go for around $325. Really need more info.
