Wiring Help 3rd Gen Single Turbo

Today i noticed there are a wire connection plug and another loose wire hanging underneath my intake elbow. I was wandering if anyone might have any idea where these go, or if someone has access to a electrical manual for the 93 RX7. Clck thumbnail for better pic.

Does the car currently run? The stray wire looks kinda like it's comming from your coil harness and should connect to your leading coil can you post a better pic of where the wire is coming from?

Yes it does run but it smells like its running really really rich. The routing looks like it goes back behind the oil filler neck and back around to a connector thats on the main harness. Here is a pic its not very good though I routed the wire with the yellow line and the arrow points to the connector lthough you cant really see the connector.
