Unhappy Wiring Harness Gurus HELP (Splicing Confusion)

So I bought a wiring harness off of a forum member, it looked great, I put my motor together, dropped it in, bolted up the clutch, tranny, and motor mounts, crawled back under the car to hook the the transmission disconnects and not a single one of them fit....

I suspect I was sold a wire harness for an automatic, I should have checked before hand but I did ask specifically if it was a for a 93 manual... Anyway I decided to tear it apart and splice in the good sections with my old wiring harness which was damaged in an engine fire.

It was time consuming but pretty straight forward, almost everything is color coded and there a few repeats, but along the way I didnt keep track of the black/white stripe wires which I'm pretty sure are grounds. I have 6 wires left and im not sure what goes where.

Red wires are connected, Circles are where I made connections, I figured the beginning of the daisy chains where where connections were supposed to be, but I have 6 wires left and im not sure who connects to what (marked in BLUE!). There are of course a few more black/white stripe wires that I didn't draw out but they stayed connected so *I think* they are all in order.

Can someone help me out?

The common black/white stripe wires are 12v switched to the solenoids. I have done 4 wiring harness. All of them were automatic harnesses converted to a manual setup - without any solenoids. Also my cars used to be all automatics, so the connectors at the dash still mesh up.

If you converted an auto harness to work in a manual car, AND keeping all the solenoids, etc. then you have your work cut out for you. Good luck

I'm not converting the auto harness, I took my manual harness and basically cut out the burnt sections and replaced it good sections from the auto harness. There were only slight differences.

So if its 12+, I shoudl be fine as long as I make sure the connectors are getting powered... So maybe take the daisy chained wires from gray and yellow solenoid clips and connect them to the black and white clip, and then maybe connect the 2 remaining wire on the 2 group loops?
