Wire or remove Pre-control door? Non-Seq.

I have spent several hours on this and the "other" forum, and also numerous linked websites, and I am still unclear as to whether you would have better flow to weld the Pre-control flapper door 90% open per Scudiari's site, or just cut it out all together.

I have seen multiple posts where the Turbo Control door is mistakenly refered to as the pre-control. I am speaking of the flapper door that is located in the turbo manifold itself, not the wastegate, and not the TC door in the located in the exhaust manifold.

I have been Non-sequential for some time and my TC door has been removed from the manifold already.

Again, better flow to tack open 90% or remove it?
