Today on the way to work I was using my wipers, my drivers side wiper came loose, or so I thought. The passenger side was working, so not the motor I thought... and when I had a chance to take a look, the linkage is still connected. I have never taken the wiper apart, just curious if you guys have any ideas.... and yes the wiper is tight... (nut).


appreciate any help. i did a search but didn't come up with anything.

Remove the black plastic cowling between the window and the engine bay. The linkage for the wipers has plastic "ball cups" that articulate the wipers. Mine had worn out. The rub is removing the motor with the abs in place. Takes a bit of wiggling around. I got a new linkage at local dealer, was only $120, fixed my problem.
