everything is fine up until the motor. i get 12 volts with ignition on then when i turn the wiper switch on i get 12 more. fuses checked out ok, and didn't find a relay, is there one? a couple pins didn't have anything. are all pins supposed to have juice? i checked out the motor, the brushings, and the armature and everything else looked ok. but the wipers still don't work. any suggestions??
