Window Wont Roll Up But Goes Down

I'm having a problem where my window will make a sound when you try to roll it down but when you try to roll it up it doesn't do anything. Tried crossing the wires like mentioned in other posts but still can't get the window to move. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's a problem with the switch or a problem with the motor. This blows cause my window is currently stuck at half way down.

Mine did that a while back, it was the switch. I just took apart the window switch and it became obvious that it was a cheap designed part but easy to fix.

9 times out of 10 it's the switch. If you're careful, they're not too hard to disassemble and clean the contacts.
