Will it work? Good deal? Tranny?
I have a 93 R1. I blew out reverse(2nd to 5th missed 3rd) today
. I found another tranny out of a 95(not sure if it is a R2, touring, or base) for $500 w/core and I get a 90 day warranty. Are all 5sp's the the same? Is it a good deal? I called all the tranny people around here and it will cost more to have my 5th gear sych. and reverse fixed. The 95 is rebuilt also so if it will fit I will buy it.
