i have been chasing this problem for awhile now. thinking possibly the actuator. but only happens sometimes. if i go to do a pull and shift and the next gear is above 3500 it will not boost until maybe the high end when it kicks hard. if i let off before then i hear a small release from my blow off because it’s barely building pressure.

 

This can be modified if you have a PFC ECU. Otherwise, you might need to adjust the pill sizes for the turbo precontrol.
