will my engine be okay.

Right now I have a blown motor and I'm going to get a rebuild soon. Im going to have it streetported and the turbos converted to full non seq. Right now my exhaust is a 3"dp, hi flo cat, and cat back. I am planning on putting a midpipe in place of the hi flo cat. When i go non seq. im also going to have my wastegate ported, so will i be able to control the boost with the open exhaust or will i still see boost creep. Thanks
Also im planning on keeping boost around 13 pounds. and i have a PFC.

There's no real hard and fast rule as to what will be a boost creep problem and what won't. Each car is slightly different. That said, a ported wastegate will help out a great deal.

You also realize that going non-sequential and a midpipe is going to make your car EXTREMELY loud, not to mention quite stinky. I'd consider that mod carefully - the pros and cons have been debated ad infinitum.
