Will a cracked Turbo manifold cause boost leak?

I am only getting a max boost of 8PSI I have tried everything could I have a cracked turbo Manifold?

Your pics don't work...but YES a cracked manifold will cause you to not boost right...and make one HELL of an exhaust leak...

I dont hear any leaks! I dont boost more than 8 PSI but it is consistant 8-5-8....8-5-8 Damn it I want 12-10-12!!!!

If there is a leak then there is a leak plain and simple. Not rocket science here. Find the hole and plug it. You'll get your 10-8-10, Assuming that your turbos function properly.

To check for exhaust leaks, put some ATF in the intake, and rev it up. Smoke will come out of the leak. Doesn't sound like that's what it is, so check for intake leaks as well.
