I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the funny noise is that I get between 10 and 0 PSI of vacuum. It is kind of a growling sound and it is coming out of the rubber line off of the back of the UIM. I no longer have the stock airbox which is where it originally went I believe. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Or, if it is, is it happening at the appropriate time?

Also, I was wondering if anyone can tell me a good place to buy a kit to replace all of my vac. lines?

 

If your noise is a groaning or "mooing" noise, and you have an aftermarket intake, it may be the caused by the air pump if you don't have a restrictor in the hose. Mine makes this noise after the Apexi intake was installed. The person I purchased it from forgot to give me, and still cannot find, the part.
