Unhappy wierd electrical problem(s)

I got my car on the car on a bodyshop after a close encounter with the rails on my last trackday. Everything was working perfectly untill yesterday.

Sintoms:
1.Passenger side light won't pop-up or down. I hear the motor "griding" when i push the button to raise them or lower them
2.Lights wont turn on. High-beams also don't work BUT the High-beam light on my dash is constantly on when i turn the lights on
3. Horn does not work.

Battery voltage is kind of low, but car starts perfectly.
Damage from the crash was just to the front bumper. 1 of the horns is lightly damaged...

None of the relays and fuses on the engine bay seem to have gone bad..... Didn't have time/space/light to check the fuse box inside the car.

Wtf did they screw up????? Any ideas?

Also noticed today that on the front fuse box, the relays vibrate and "grind" alot if i try to turn the lights on with the passenger side head-lamp engine connected. Need to disconnect the plug so it stops the noise and drains my battery (even more)

Any ideas please? I can't find any fuse broken....... :S

The wiring harness that run beneath the radiator support controls pretty much everything on the front of the car. I have seen cars in the past do all kinds of weirds things after being hit in the front end. Best bet is to check all the wiring and make sure you dont have a wire or two grounding out.
