I have been having this problem since I bought the car a year ago, and I can not figure out what is wrong. Okay heres what it does. I will be in gear going WOT and it will boost just fine and both the turbos kick in just fine all the way to redline. Then when i shift and get back to WOT i get no boost at all and also it makes this wierd kind of rattling noise its very quiet though, and if I stay on it through this rattling noise it will start to bog hard at 6,000 rpm's like it has a fuel cut or something. I have replaced the boost control actuator and I just did a complete vaccum job and its still doing exactly the same thing. Please any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Before you change those turbo control solenoids, (which are a likely candidate) change your check valves. Just the one leading to the pressure chamber and the one leading to the vacuum chamber.
